When everyone has turned on us
And everything is gone.
You are there to hold my hand
At the break of dawn.
I've never really felt this way
And that I promise is true.
You somehow make my heart melt
With everything you do.
Each day I try to show my love
Because it is for real.
How do I know that, that is true?
Because of how I feel.
Everytime I hold your hand
It feels like I have wings.
And whenever I look into your eyes
I know I can handle anything.
Walking with you by moonlight
Running across the sand.
Feeling the way we do
Isn't this just grand?
I hope we'll stay this way always
And never ever part.
Because if we did
I'd have a broken heart.
