You left me here in the rain,
never to look at me again,
never to touch your lips.
You hurt me so deep,
and brought tears that echo
against the rain.
You were always there for me,
I remember every smile,
and every kiss.
You brought me to life.
I love how you wiped my lonely tears,
but now my cheeks burn,
no hand captures them.
