Trying to live through my eyes
never works for the weak at heart.
Bringing nothing but swollen
fearful tears.
Lonely screams travel space
echoing against wishing stars.
They just can't understand
a hurt they don't have.
Life is a struggle
no one goes through.
In my eyes
a dream fades away.
The only comfort i know
is when i lose myself
durning closed eyes,
in dreams of ghosts.

| Lonely screams travel space echoing against wishing stars.......that is so strong. I really like that line. This is a truthful poem, nobody really knows anyone else. And you definetly captured the solitude of that emotion. good stuff.. dont ever stop. |
