It means even so Lord let it be.
I’m in agreement with that prayer You see.
And if I mean it with all my heart Too,
You’ll hear me also as You always do.

If I was standing outside in a blinding storm,
I’d look for an umbrella or a coat to keep me warm.
That is exactly what an Amen does.
I am not feeding you any fluff or fuzz.

If your neighbor would pray for a miracle or three,
By saying Amen with him you have stepped up the degree.
When two or three are gathered in any place,
There is a mighty power from the Throne of Grace!

When you say Amen, to anybody’s prayer,
It’s just like you have prayed it in that gathering there.
Do not say it lightly like an ending to a thing.
It is just the beginning as the angels hear it’s ring.

In Amen there is power.
In Amen there is love.
A heartfelt Amen,
Rises to the Throne Above!
