Twin Dreams

Contributed by LovingWhispers on Saturday, 22nd November 2003 @ 08:04:52 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

Could you be the one I seek, the one in dreams I see
When all is calm and quiet,in my sleep you come to me
A journey through the hallways,of my safe haven in the night
Could you be the one,who could set my heart to flight

Am I the one you think of,when your mind wanders for a while
Is my touch upon your face, another imagined smile
Do you often get to wondering,as you go about your day
Could there be someone out there, one makes you feel this way

I drift along the rivers,of my ever roaming mind
Afloat on all my fantasies,in hope that I may find
All that could be nearer to my heart and soul's desire
Just to share the warmth,of loves eternal fire

We are within the spirals,of a world we not yet know
And the colours of our destiny,I hope one day will show
As we take a breath, and dream once more of love
Know that out there somewhere, awaits all we have dreamed of

Oh my dear friend Sharon,
At a seminar I attended some years ago.
I heard the same tale told as you just wrote.
I thought it was worth sharing, even in a comment to you.
It will come dear Sharon, if only you are ready, and prepared. Inotherwards, within yourself...not anyone else first. Then it will come and stay later!
Beauty in your words! As always friend.
ConSue
