an angel

Contributed by sidra on Tuesday, 18th November 2003 @ 12:55:43 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

There is an angel knocking at my hearts door, should I let him in. Where is he going, where has he been. He is whispering oh so softly into my ear, his breath feels like kisses from butterfly wings, he says he wants to be here, to be near. His beautiful words makes my heart want to sing. I'm very frightened should I take that chance, should I run or should I stay. Could my heart take the pain if my angel left me one day. I think I'll open my hearts door, maybe just a crack. I'll hope and pray that if he leaves my angel will come back.

This is a very very sweet poem..never let the fear of losing someone keep you from being with them. for you will regret what you did..but regret what you didn't so much more
