Destroy my insides and ruin the cycle this story brings
My entire existence seems pointless because of so many things
Swallow my pride and fend off your doubt
Contending with something I cannot hide or find a way out
Missing what I'm lacking and finding it still
Can't seem to escape feelings of unhappiness, maybe I never will
Destruction's gate is waiting, holding for me
Knowing just how terrible, waiting can be
Follow your thoughts, find the closure you seek
Future so far away, the essence of hope looking so weak
The moonlight has fooled me, thought I was done
Sick of feeling tired all the time, afraid of the sun
Trying to turn my head inside, figure my life into meaning
Wake up and find out I haven't been dreaming
Never say goodbye to me again
For I never want to wait to begin
Plan on staying forever, if you walk past my face
Put me out of sorrow, and put me in a place
Somewhere I can smile, and hold back the liquid from my eyes
A place I could walk to, a place where the thought of you dies
If only I could breathe without you, I could awake from this dream
Only to be assured, things are never what they seem
Fool myself into thinking, I could regret all day
You've moved away from beginning, and I've fallen into yesterday
Plan on me staying forever, so that you can start running now
I'll catch up to you someday, but you can bet on me not knowing how
