The hard words hit me like a slap to the face
The words die out i pull myself inside of me
My eyes whell up thinking of all the happy times
That are no longer
I cover my face in shame
Then i cry
You tell me not to come near
so i promise to stay at a distance
you dont seem to see the pain you are causing me
I hadent cried in so many seasons
your words stabbed me in the heart
then i cried
I can tell that you are angry with me
i still dont clearly see why
I gather myself
i wipe my eyes dry
and i wash my face
I wont be crying again
