I’m stuck in this hole, digging it deeper as I try to get out. I’ve dug myself, lost in my own destruction, eyes blind of the best route. Which way must I go to get closer to you? I'm stuck second-guessing everything I do.
Won’t you tell me? That you like those cheesy things? Wont you tell me? I’m the air beneath your wings? But no, we have become grounded, I feel like we’ve crashed. Second-guessing my own actions, I want to know; I need you satisfaction.
Your voice so sweet, a smile of warmth, I need them please, don’t make this feeling cease. My eyes burn from these tears. Don’t let go, let’s hold on to this feeling just a little more. I must quit my second-guessing, but show me you care, give me you’re blessing.
I want to be your everything. The one you point at and say “that’s him.” I want your love, but everything seems so thin. Are we lost? Or is it just me? Please convince these eyes that I'm the one you need. Hold on to my kisses, I don’t want us depending on my second guesses.
