Do I Dwell?

Some people tell me I dwell in the past,
letting the present pass me by.
Don’t they see it’s on purpose,
because the present is where I cry?
What’s so wrong about it anyway?
I don’t see why they care!
It’s my life to waste if I want,
I’m not affecting theirs!
Besides, I’m aware of here and now.
But the past is where my heart is home.
So mind your business, let me dwell,
and leave me the ***** alone!!!

I agree with you whole heartedly...sometimes its best if people keep their opinions to themselves although I'm sure their heart was in the right place when they tried to help...You can feel the anger in this one...
