Going Out

Comfortable to awkward and new company,
Yet fearfully untrue to one's own family,
Debating the concept of anything heavenly,
Selfish enough, careless enough - for a penny,
Reoccuring days of wonderless joy,
Perpetual contemplations of harmless ploy,
Irresponsible outlooks with demeanor of coy,
Fearless to be another woman's toy,
I beleive I have lost my future friend;
A plea for help I had desired to send;
Hopefully healing words fail not to mend;
Collective wounds of self-destructing trend;
Im not going out tonight.
