I sit unknown to the truth inside
inside you and me
Confused at life, imagined dreams
Of what may never be
Scared to dream or believe too hard
afraid of what they'll see
Wanting to let go but scared
I am only she
You make me feel much stronger
wipe the tears I cry
unknown strength is finally found
somewhere deep inside
Am I imagining it
Has my mind to me lied
Imagined what I saw
Would people say I never tried
For now I’ll sit here all alone
see where things may go
I’ve givin up on believing in things
a feeling no one can know
So don’t hold my hand or touch my heart
I don’t want the feelings to show
Maybe with time, and love, and strength
Just maybe it will grow

| Life can be such a conundrum at times... and I guess you are going through one now...I believe I understang your feelings of catatonia....sometimes we just lose our faith in the things we believe in and in the utility of going on in life...we just sit there and wait....afraid to move afraid to look and afraid to think of what ifs, what may be...what will and what could be. Maybe time is the answer...in time we heal and in time will grow to be stronger. Maybe it is love and support from loved ones...their love could help put us back on our feet.. oh well who knows...maybe there is no answer and the only thing to do is wait till the end cometh. |
