The music played,I danced my best,the best that I could be
Across this stage,before the eyes,of all who came to see
I knew but one,then came to know,more than I dare dreamed
In all I found a beautiful voice,angels in heaven it seemed
Pages of the lonesome hearts,chapters of the sorrow
Lighter thoughts and inspiration,showed to me,a better tomorrow
Hearts that bled and suffered,were a canvas for my tears
Hopes and dreams discovered,brought about my happy cheers
To you all I am so grateful,for the times you came to see
The faltered dance within my heart,the more crippled side of me
Alone with just my thoughts,I stood upon the stage
You encouraged and help nurture,every step I ever made
But the time must come,when every show has seen its final dance
Yet never will be forgotten,the ones who gave me my big chance
To stand upon the stage of life,with all my heart to see
You gave to me great confidence,and accepted the real me
Here I am before you all,one last and final time
Dancing across the stage again,in tears and heartfilled rhyme
This theatre of beautiful poets,will always hold such timeless grace
And as I look to you all one more time,I know I'll miss your every face
The music is now fading,I slow with every step
My thoughts will always be here,my heart will not forget
Goodnight my beautiful friends,the ones who came to see
My dance may have to end,but in spirit,we'll always be
~~Remember,you are all special~~

This is the most beautiful poem i ever did read
but you sure did surprise me
why do you have to go
why so soon
I am just now getting to know you
you made tears fall down my face
you cant just go
it will be a disgrace..
NO NOW PLEASE DONT GO
I want another show...
get up on that stage
and let us all see
your beautiful poetry.....

You have to go, then go you shall
I won't try to keep you, it's your call
There's more to poetry than writing a rhyme
And that you can't do, all of the time.
Though do leave your footsteps on the site
Please don't hide them out of sight
Nothing ever dies, just as long
There's people to remember and sing the song. |

| I gave it a four, I did this because I would have changed a few things, minor. However, all in all it is well done. You cannot leave, we are a poetic mafia and once you join us you can never leave. That poet tatoo on your heart gives you away. |

If you say it is a final thought.. no one can stop you..but you are always welcome..I think the spirit of a poetess is death less..then how can this spirit dancer stop dancing...you will turn up one day.I am sure..

The stage is bare,but I see her there,
With tears that are ever falling.
She must bow and leave for now,
She knows her life is calling.
But she cannot part ,the poetess' heart,
For it will always stir within...
But warm she will be,with thoughts of you and me,
As her new stage must now begin
I have been blessed by you're presence and want to thank you for all your words,love,and encouragement!!! If you must go....remember us always...for you may leave the nest...
but the family is always waiting for your return!!!

The stage is where you'll find my heart
the lighting and scenery calling.
Yet there always has to come a time
when the curtain shall be falling.
With a heavy heart I say goodbye
and with sadness I will say:
Fare thee well to you and yours
along life's narrow way.
In sadness I do give this rhyme
as a farewell gift to you
Yet my heart is now heavier still
For I never really knew
the soul to which I write this
But I truly wish could.
For ever I keep only the memory
Of a poet loving and good.
I don't know how to say this, but I wish I did. Good bye, though I don't know you- I wish I did. May God bless you throughout the rest of your life, and may He always walk beside you.

Good lord Dear Sharon,
I didn't even know. I haven't been on the site for a couple of days. I knew that Crow was bowing his last goodbyes...but had no idea you were going too!
I'll miss you most of all....your poetry is number 2 next to Sharon who,
I know as a very loving lady, gracious, kind, and understand hue.
It seems everyone if leaving, although I know that is not true....she bows and leaves the stage....the roses are thrown after she's gone!
May they follow you and stay with you all your days!

| No, no, no Sharon don't go. Please. I'll cry, I swear I will *evil laughs* You have done so much for me and it would be very sad to see you go, but you must do what is best for you. Your poems touch me very deeply and they are always so honest and emotional. I love your writings so much. If you do go, you gotta email me and chat sometimes :D |
