Love is a throbbing fixation lying in one's soul.
It is the flame to the fire;
Love is the fueling coal
which feeds the ruthless desire.
Love is the invisible potion
that lingers a sweet smell;
It confuses emotion,
that makes the head swell.
Thousands die,
and thousands remain alive;
They're love can not lie
for their love is the one that helps them survive.
Expression is of a kiss,
a hug, a smile.
Even a simple wish
that the love they feel is for all the while.
Love is a puzzle
that only the keenest can solve.
The solution is not a cuddle,
but years of passion that will not dissolve.
Love is what brings boundless blessedness,
that floods through our anatomy.
It is what clogs our veins with heaps of happiness
and it is what keeps my heart at a steady rhythm and melody.
