Life is like "Vivaldi's Four Seasons!"
Spring brings young, no reasons.
Then comes summer, know it all!
Sweat, learning experience, then Fall!
Autumn comes before Winter's Old.
Adjustments for Old Winter unfold.
Losing hair, teeth, replaced by spare parts.
Just in time, Winter starts!
Winter of all seasons, best rest!
Memorable stories of Winter's Old.
Better than really lived, are finally told!
Dramatic, traumatic, rheumatic,
retated, without any sweat, behold!
Back to the very beginning we start!
Reliving all our early days, young heart!
Rocking chairs may rock a bit.
We will relive our lives where we sit!
Course we can edit, this time.
Leaving out all the hurting crime.
Remembering just the good part.
To brighten an Old Winner's Heart!

This is a very good poem. It portrays how I look at my grandparents, and their stories. As they get older it gets harder for them to remember, but sometimes things "spark" a memory. Things like the change of weather. Nice Job!! |

How beautiful be this
------------------------------------
Your 'Four Seasons' you did so well
it's just like show and tell,
There comes a time we all sit back
The zest of youth we come to lack

Delightful cher, tres chere Cherie!
Especially for me,
For Vivaldi is my favorite next to Bach and Mozart.
The charms of each season are so well gone into, so we are now equipped to get the very best out of each season. A reminder, - my native Austria is a wintry country - may be like Wyoming.
Thank you for the lovely poem and for sharing it with us.
