Quiet,
she sits paralell to myself,
she waits anxiously for the bell to ring,
then,
slowly,
a turtle,
she slides out of her seat,
she creeps down the hall,solomn.
the hall is silent except the phantom
noises of faroff voices and the click
of her combonation lock
being opened.
She piles in useless books,
and loads her needs into her
bag.
A loud metallic bang,
issues as she abandons her
locker.
She
is
free.

I like it. Reminds me of a few people I knew in high school . . .
