Don't Let The Sun Catch You Crying....

As you walk with your heart...
Stepping lightly through your tears
Release the sorrow that holds you close
Before your slumber nears
As you close your eyes...
Still your longing heart roams
A soft bed for passion and romance
Dreams that have no home
When sleep has come to take you...
A journey your soul takes
You must rest your sorrows by the road
For in dreams they can't escape
If tears should paint the dreams...
On a bed of sorrow and pain
Then only the darkest canvas
In the morning shall remain
Then when your day awakens...
Again,with longing heart
You will cradle sorrow
For every day you start
Don't let the sun catch you crying...
Rest your soul and heart and mind
Release yourself into the smiles
Of the little things you find
Search not for what you ache for
Be touched for what finds you
Don't let the sun catch you crying
Or the moon will catch you too

It is truly nice to see someone who is inspiring. You write with much hope for many things and people. Probably the exact opposite of mine at times. Mine is mine for what it is. But yours is absolutely wonderful. |
