Confusion sets in while i lie here in bed
Not sure what will become of tommorow
Rambling thoughts like a river run wild through my head
My heart full of remorse and sorrow
Will it get better or worse to my self i ask
Will my life change direction like the wind
Be true to myself my most important task
Be patient i tell myself, for only with time will my wounds mend

Im so happy to hear that you have taken steps...Be proud of yourself. The road will not be easy but if you stand strong, you can be assured of the pride you will have in yourself..as this is something only you can do... *smiles*

Hey Justin its good to hear your life has changed for the better.I am sure lots of ppl struggle with drugs and alcohol myself among them. Know you are not alone and I hope your wounds are mending.
