GOD BLESS OUR MOMS

Contributed by robbieb on Monday, 27th October 2003 @ 10:25:53 PM in AEST
Topic: MothersDayPoems

In times like this when brightness dims
Remember first where life begins.

A mother's breath is often drawn
From those of which she once did spawn.

Years go by and times get tough
She holds it in and plays the bluff.

She showers those she loves the best
with joy and praise and tenderness.

Never does she want to ask
For those she raised may look aghast.

Seemingly sacraficed all her vanity
To hide away lonely, losing bits of sanity.

A mother's heart will never change
And you to yours will be the same.

She is the breath that gave us life
Always guiding, she'll be our light.

Today, tomorrow, and always
May God bless our moms!
