heartbreaker

don't you walk out
no one leaves me
i'm the heartbreaker
you can't say
its over
thats my job
i've always been
the fickle *****
who didn't want it

after two weeks
i was so done
and over it
didn't want ta see
your face
or your ******' voice
wan't to be rid
of you and everyone
its always the same
i get up
and leave
and say
its over
not you

stop
dead in your tracks
i got something
to say
i'll have the last word
whore
i broke up
wit you
and not the other way
around
ok
do you
understand
i broke your heart
cause
it just couldn't work
so cry a tear
remember
you're heart broken
not
happy and smiling
wipe that smirk
off your face
cry
*****
cry

rep
kept in tack
on to the next
better
i'm sure
there
couldn't be worse
well
i'm sure thats not right
b/c
there is always lower
and always better

so
around the corner
will be the next
he is my fantasy
or mr. right
if hes right
then
i'll **** it up
cause
the right one
is the wrong one
b/c
hes always so good
and i got to sabotage it

cause
he wants so much
and i can't help but
go and party
and his best friend
looks so nice
lyin' next to me
can you blame me
mr. right
i'm just not ready
for you right now
so
let me break your heart
and tell you
no
we can't be anything
more than what we are
i'm just a casual
type of guy
and theres nothin'
i hate more
than love and commitment
so goodbye
i'm just a heartbreaker

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
