Like a withered rose after a drought
Sunshine and water has it been without
A death so cruel, not a soul could doubt
Nothing more to grasp, nothing left to believe
Not even a hint of a chance to live
Seems life is over with nothing left to give
You came like the rain, and compassion I found
A ray of sunshine without a sound
You had no reason, but now my peace abounds
I never knew how my life was so wrong
Until I met you, and you made me feel strong.
No more doubt, no more pain, now I know I belong
