I told you that you were the sun
And that I revolve around you.
You said no you were an ordinary person
Just like me.
Of course you were right as always.
In the literal sense.
If you were a giant ball of gas I would find it hard to
Embrace you
Kiss you
Make love with you.
Thankfully you aren’t.
You are the sun.
I revolve around you.
You are my source of light
Banishing the darkness from my life.
You provide me with energy.
You fill my heart and soul with life and love for you.
You are the sun
I revolve around you.
