Across the moonlit desert stricken path
I slowly reach for the desirable plan
Sinking wildly into this rampant existence
I find the tales of woven woes
Nature is wreaking havoc upon a burdened soul
I can't contain the inevitable break
The effervescent life is crumbling to it's knees
I struggle to restore the sanity
Beneathe pale and ruggid skin lies secrets untold
I try to excavate the key
Throughout your poor, simple life, you've contained that unknown force
I offer my strength to put a cease upon your plight
To take what God has given you, would be to your demise
I cannot allow the deliberate ending of your life
The powers that be command the souls that are
I befriend you and help you breathe
Struck down from heaven and cast from your flesh
I obliterate the sadness that weighs upon you
Obstructed by blindness you may now witness
I show to you the life you now lead
Opened eternally to a world born of plenty
I offer to you my few gifts born of my own stife
A few tender tears
A long listening ear
An ever welcoming shoulder...

Strong and uplifting, this poem is a good reminder that we are not alone with our struggles in life. You're convey a sense of having been through and understood the struggles of another and your willingness to help them. I think this poem is probably a good potrayal of the type of person you are and the kind of person more of us should strive to be.

I really like this one alot ...it has alot of feeling and emotion to it......i really enjoy this type of poetry.. it has a way of embraceing you and not letting go....
