Summer moon 2

Contributed by Rawjer on Friday, 24th October 2003 @ 06:28:03 PM in AEST
Topic: SongLyrics

The stone that it was chiseled in
has crumbled into and oblivion
the words that were spoken to me
have fallen into a murkey hollow
all has fallen accept for sorrow
will I see the light of tomorrow

Forever night forever dark
counting off the days that are marked
the promise that once was given to me
has disappeared from your lips so red
it's like you never even said
the trust I knew before is dead

the summer moon just fades away
behind the clouds that bring the rain
look inside my soul
reach outside the window
I can't see my vibrant moon
I can hear the sounds of a silent fool
I can't touch my vibrant moon
I know the rain will be here soon
bring back my summer moon

Your face so haunting
the images so taunting
I fear your eyes
they pierce through me
won't let me be
only bring missery

looking through the past
of a relationship we thought would last
hanging out at your cove
I wonder what might have been
if my moon was still here
wherever it is out there somewhere

the summer moon just fades away
behind the clouds that bring the rain
look inside my soul
reach outside the window
I can't see my vibrant moon
I can hear the sounds of a silent fool
I can't touch my vibrant moon
I know the rain will be here soon
bring back my summer moon

Somewhere among the clouds
useless just to think about it
maybe I should do something about it
many nights of trying to live without it
every waking moment
reveals my pain more and more
my moon so vibrant
over behind the clouds
over behind my tears
never to guide me through the years

the summer moon just fades away
behind the clouds that bring the rain
look inside my soul
reach outside the window
I cant see my vibrant moon
I can hear the sounds of a silent fool
I cant touch my vibrant moon
I know the rain will be here soon
bring back my summer moon

Awsome right dude. I like it. It was full of saddness that touched me and it has a rad beat to it. I really feel the emotion coming through it. `Day`
