I hate to close my eyes,
For fear of what I might see,
Goblins of the night,
And other ghouls after me.
I hate to close my eyes,
Because then I’ll be alone,
No one to guide me through,
My dark world unknown.
I hate to close my eyes,
And enter this horrid place,
In my mind I’m just a freak,
Destined to lose the race.
I hate to close my eyes,
Because then I would never know,
If this was reality,
Or just part of a show.

Wow definitely awesome i hate to close my eyes because it feels like i'm falling and it freaks me out. A great poem once again thnx for sharing.
