Through the haze of reason
behind glasses colored rose
I reach beyond the mist
to conquer and expose
In solitude I fight this match
and in silence I remain
the day will come, the shell with break
the world then sees my pain
No remorse and no regret
ever will you hear
across my lips or spoken out
those words won't reach your ear
For in my heart and through my life
as true as I can be
I will remain forever sure
and live my life for me.

You said it all for every divorcee....that was a wonderful poem. Reflected my emotions as well as yours.
No one can really understand until they have to experience such devastating ways.....will remain with me all the rest of my days.
