I broke that window, I broke it through
And in that split second, I hated you!

The look that you gave me, I knew what you felt
I had let loose all the pain you had dealt.

I'll never forget what you had said
I knew it was coming, but it still stopped me dead.

We should take a break, it finally registered in my mind
"Maybe we should take some time to unwind."

Now we're over, waddya know?
It seems in the end our love didn't show...
