here i lie awake again
you taint my reality and stain my dreams
here i lie awake again
you murder me with ur words
but youll never hear me scream

tossing and turning
i cant get you outof my head

back and forth - back and forth
i love you and i hate you
back and forth - back and forth
you love me and you hate me

i want to kill you - but without you id be dead
and even then - youd still be in my head

here i lie awake again
you taint my dreams and stain my reality
here i lie awake again
you murder me with ur words
but ull never hear me scream

maybe if i slept
i could dream of someone else
and runaway from the sleepless hell
that i coudlnt have created without ur help

if only i could sleep... if only i could dream
