ice cold eyes

thoughts that spill from a twisted mind
words of wisdom from a young hearts rhyme
she seems so carefree this young child
but look once more into those blue eyes
they've grown pale and anchant.
one fleeting tear one ocward glance
do you see what seems so obvious to me
her heart has died turned cold as ice
shes no more then pain and hurt
no happiness no love
what could cause such to happen
what could be the reason for such pain
her eyes once shown such light
now cold and pale as ice
you cant see it as i can because you dont want to, but then again who would.

i can really relate to this, it seems like i know many like this, including myself, it is sad, this was very well written, i enjoyed it. well done ;)
