Distant Nobody

I'm going to tell you who I am because I can't deny I am what I am.
I say what I mean and I mean what I say.
My words can get you lost like looking for a needle in a stack of hay.
Distant Nobody, do you know wha that means?
It means someone that doesn't fit in, someone just like me.
I am none of the regulars, I have my own mind and my own style.
People say I shouldn't be proud, I wake up every morning but unlike you I don't look like part of the crowd.
REM, dreams, imaginations, and visualizationas are all just pictures of the mind, but speaking words from your heart lights the candle in the dark.
I have alot of associates but very few true friends.
Friends never turn on you.
Friends are with you till the end.
I am a Distant Nobody can't you understand? This world has a league of its own, no one's here to hold your hand.
And if you fall, hurry up and get on your feet. Dont just lay there becoming part of the concrete, because they'll walk all over you just like they've done to me.
Now tell me?
Do you really think you 're a Distant Nobody like me?
It's not fun it's completely boring.
It's like sleeping with no noise, even though your still snoring because it's boring.
Did you know that if you use them right words can really give you a run?
DISTANT NOBODIES KEEP YOUR HEADS UP OR IT'S BACK TO SQUARE ONE. Searching and roaming the earth trying to find someone like I, if it's possible keep looking like they say "keep hope alive!"
But I don't, I could never be like you I strive. For the rest of my days till the end of my life. But I'm not complaining so I just keep my head up high.
And search for thee, but thou canst find me for thy is a Distant Nobody.
Damn do you need more ya'll?
See I can't let it go, it's my tragedy, my life blows.
But it's ok just know this one thing.
For everything your eyes see it's been made, but if your a Distant Nobody like me then you were never here, so you just fade.
