Tonight,
With the stars as witnesses,
And the moon shining down,
I’ll have your heated lips,
While I hold you close,
Feet firmly on the ground,
Head in the clouds,
Caressed by the dark,
I hope someone is as lucky as me this evening,
Although I doubt they would have a chance,
You open up thoughts I never thought I’d have,
I thought love was great before,
But you take me places I’ve never been,
Seems everything is standing still,
Watching us in awe,
Wanting to know how wonderful we both feel,
I’m lost in your soul,
And I am not scared at all,
Because if things were to end,
I wouldn’t cry at all,
I still would have held you this moment,
The stars would remember,
And the moon saw everything,
That’s all the proof I need,
On this magical night,
We loved each other.
