Topic: dedicatedpoems

No more so weathered than the white fence posts beside him,

now, he rests here, in this his home,
in amongst the fields of gold.

He looks afar onto mountaintops distant,
doused by cloud amongst angel flutter.

He watches as they roll by with the day in hand,
some encumbered with rain in the valley afar.

Undisclosed to the world his comfort lies thus,

Laying in peace amongst fields of gold,

with but clouds and angels, for company.
