The impossible feat
A dream to be dreamed of
To take time's powerful seat

Shadows shriek failure
The sunlight laughs, cold
The wind sneers, shrieking
To the defeats untold
Of men
Trying
Dying
For escape from reality--------

Oh, this is such a sad one. Yes, we all try to escape reality, but we never can. Reality will always be there waiting. Beautiful words, I love it!
