Note to Self
to never like a guy
who says lots of things
and most of it is a lie.
For if the truth shall not be told
than my poor heart will be left out
and cold
Note to Self
to never let
my feelings bottle up inside
to share them with people I love...
it's perfectly alright to confide.
For feelings cannot fester
like an open sore
I need to clear my mind
and let my emotions pour.
Note to self
to not settle for less
than the best that I can be
for the only thing that stands in my way
is just plain old me
