ALL ALONE

ALONE AND LONELY
HERE IS MY HOME
OUT IN THE COLD
ALL ALONE

PEOPLE WALK BY
AND STARE AT ME
NOT A WORD
FROM MY SILENT PLEAS

DARE I SPEAK
FEAR OF REJECTION
PALE AND THIN
DIRTY COMPLEXION

WHAT IS MY PURPOSE
WHY AM I HEAR
GIVE MY AN ANSWER
MAKE IT SINCERE

I AM A PERSON
JUST LIKE YOU
I HAVE HOPES
AND EVEN DREAMS TOO

YOURS WITHIN REACH
MINE FAR AWAY
YOU HAVE A FUTURE
I LIVE DAY TO DAY

CIRCUMSTANCE
PUT ME HERE
NOT MY CHOICE
WAS ALWAYS MY FEAR

DONT EVER THINK
IT CANT HAPPEN TO YOU
I HAD A HOME
AND A JOB ONCE TOO

DONT THINK IM LAZY
OR I JUST LIKE TO PLAY
YOU COULD BE
LIKE ME SOMEDAY

ALONE AND LONELY
HERE IN MY HOME
OUT IN THE COLD
ALL ALONE

Very sad indeed!
None of us never really know if we'll be homeless tommorow or not!
I pray this is just writing!
Take care and very good work here true or not.
peace, joy, luv,
emy

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
