~ How Could You ~
Today I sit in disbelief, confused, dismayed with my head bowed down, hurting inside that my flesh'n' blood, my brother would strike me...
~ How Could You ~
I never thought you would ever lay your hands upon me to cause great pain until the day I looked into your eyes...
~ How Could You ~
My heart is heavy, weighing me down, I'm scared for life, my wounds will not heal...
Collapsed on my bed with a broken heart, all toren apart, in tears for I now share the pain both parents hold dearly deep down inside...
~ How Could You ~
Drugs poisoned your mind, voices crowed your ears, heart full of rage, can't handle problems that you face, destroying everyone who gets in your way...
~ How Could You ~
You suggested sucide, hoping your problems will fade away, but only to cause us more pain of loosing you and causing your soul to be invain...
Let us help you, stop pushing us away...
Killing yourself is not the answer, it's a coward mans way out...
Enough of me pointing things out...
~ I Can Say ~
I know what your going through, I felt the same, we share the same pain...
You say we can't relate or even understand but yet, I'm here or there or even near you'll always have my lending ear...
~ I Know You Can ~
Keep your head up, you have potential,
stand strong, stand firm, be the man I know you can become...
I believe in you no matter what you've done to me...
There's nothing more to say or do except for you to know I love you......

I think now that you've written this poem perhaps you can show it to him. It must be very difficult sharing this with us. I wish you and your brother the best of luck and hope that Luis can find peace with his family again.

Wow very deep, I know the place that drugs can bring you to..... it isnt a very nicee place, and even if you recognise that this isnt a place you want to be, it seems as tho there isnt any way to escape it. The best thing you can do is be there for him... I mayself only escaped that world thru the love and support of my family, if they had given up on me I would not be alive now.......
