i wish

Contributed by frozensuicide on Thursday, 16th October 2003 @ 07:07:09 PM in AEST
Topic: FriendshipPoetry

i wish there was something i could say
to make it all go away,
but i know theres nothing i can do,
to help you deal with what your going through,
words can only do so much to heal,
but those words sometimes can never be so real.

i wish upon a star i could make you smile,
take away that pain to make life worth while.

i wish i could make you witness the power of life's beauty,
through the chamber of your heart,
lost forever without its peace,
ceasless pulsating vibration apart.

i wish i could give you the power to spread fourth your feather wings,
so you could fly away like in the dreams.
trembling mystery, theres not sweetness,
smothered in blood, smothered in saddness.

i wish i could take that all away,
so you can for once enjoy a bright day.
no pain in your eyes,
no unspoken unseeable cries.

i wish upon that falling star,
that things would be different than what they are.
i just wish...
i just wish...

Wow... she's very lucky to have someone who cares so much. What a lovely, caring write. If only we all had someone who saw, and knew, and cared, so much.

Wow a lovely write. You being there for them would be the best thing for them even if they don't take you up on your offer, could still mean so much to them. Thanks for sharing.

Emma.
