|
Love lights up my life,
Like the sun lights up the sky.
When I think of the one I love,
I light up like a bright star up high.
When I need him he's always there.
His sweet loving ways make me smile.
I never had any faith in love,
I know now it's still in style.
My love for him is like a fairy tale.
I'm up in the clouds night and day.
I feel that God up above
Just wants it to be this way.
There are things in life we cannot change,
So there's only one thing I can say.
Do what your heart tells you to do.
Forget about tomorrow, live for today.

| this is a beautiful poem... first off, live for today is a great motto, and the wording was excellent. the lines in the second stanza were especially good... keep it up!! |
