It's Life So What!

Contributed by browneyes1 on Tuesday, 20th August 2002 @ 07:33:54 PM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

You say not to let earthly things bother me!
So what, my daddy pointed guns to my mommy's head.
So what, my mommy hated me and wished me dead.
So what, my brother was a jerk.
So, where are life's perks?
So what, I got pregnant too young.
I still carried you my son.
So what as you grow inside me I have a father that abused me.
So what, your daddy couldn't care less.
So what, my life is a mess.
So what, your daddy likes other women.
His mother loves him and thinks I am willing.
So what my mother wished this all on me.
So what, my friends, drug addicts, they be.
So what, I am all alone.
So what, the happiness is gone.

Hello! He was and still is my blessing. The only difference now is that I have a lot more blessings. I have two beautiful boys, a husband whom now loves me and no one else, and all the little things. I have had a fairly good 1 to 11/2 years now. Patients is the key to all things! It paid off for me. Thank you for writing. ~Angel
