I don't know why I miss you
all you ever did was lie
you told me that you loved me
then left me there to cry.
Why was it so easy
for you to hurt me like you did?
you put your hands around my neck
even though I was only a kid.
I don't know why I care for you
it hurts me every day
the pain you caused inside of me
it will never go away.
So tell me why you hurt me
why you did the things you did
did you ever stop and think
of how you were hurting your little kid?

The pain is all there. Good job. While I'm unsure of if you're just TRYING to make it sound like you're about 12 years old, it's very fitting for about that age.

| I loved this...it flows nicely. Its so confusing when people who are suppose to take care of us hurt us. We cant help but love them but we hate them too. You portrayed this feelin well. |
