Saviors Love

Contributed by hope on Sunday, 12th October 2003 @ 12:08:54 AM in AEST
Topic: InspirationalPoems

The heart of the savior
How big it must be
To have great love for someone like me
For even when we I doubted his name
Hes still the one who took all the blame
His grace is what has brought me life
His death was for my sacrifice
He carried my pain up on the cross
For without him I would be lost
To leave heavens gates for earthly land
All for the children engraved on his hand
He gave us the greatest gift of all
While all we gave him was a crown of thorns
His blood is what has set us free
His risen body gave us eternity
Soon enough we’ll be home
Sitting around the saviors sacred throne
The choirs of angels rejoice in song
For the waiting of each child has been so long
And when he sees us he cries out our name
And says “Thy child give me all your pain”
Their we are home at last
All our sufferings and sorrows away at last.

Our Lord is so great... this write brings glory to Him. I rejoice in your salvation. Keep writing for Him!
