your mother's heart was broken
on that sad day she had to go,
there are no reasons for why
no true way for any to console,
way deep down in your soul
feel her loving arms around you,
for with every breath you take
she has you in her angels view,
there's no getting over such loss
the blessed only get through it,
relive those happy memories on
days when nothing seems to fit,
for she lives upon the rainbows
everyday the sun first kisses her,
at night she is your shining star
sweetest love holding you near,
when it is so hard to understand
on days you can think no more,
write your heart poetry for her
for you touch all to their core,
dear memories of happy days
when all flowers smelled pretty,
she will live in your heart forever
hugging your soul with certainty.

In the first instance..I am very sorry for the loss of Jaeann's mother.., then I am to say that the way the poem written is heart moving and excellent.dear friend,..these lines are really very nice and memorable:
".for she lives upon the rainbows

Is a sad day anytime we here at YPDC lose a member of the family, granted I don't know how old she was, or even if she wrote poetry on the site, but she was and always will be a member of the YPDC family. Your words are heartfelt and she will be missed.

the tears just flow........with such astounding gratitude.......few touch our spirit in such ways that they leave a gift.........it's truly hard sometimes to be a survivor of so much........but nothing ever seared my heart as the loss of mydaughter.....every single day is a reminder...it is a struggle many a day to not just sit and cry......the ache is always there.........i fear the day it leaves....it is the only thing that makes me feel....there are good days and bad days.........this time of year brings the bad......you can feel it come with the wind.........and because grief has not any logical timetable........it is just as raw today as the night of november 4th, 1990.........
ladyfawn.....i tank you from the bottom of my heart.......this piece is beautiful.....and i love you for it....
