Homecoming

Contributed by Asatru on Wednesday, 8th October 2003 @ 11:43:34 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

You once asked me for a tear,
A tear I have shed for no one to see,
My hidden tears are just for me,
But I will sacrifice,
One tear for you,
And just for you,
But yet I am so tired,
Because of all this raging in my head,
So tired,
Of never being,
Given just one chance,
With you at all,
You can't imagion,
How much I want you,
I'm sorry for telling you this,
So sorry,
Sorry,
But why can't I have,
Just one chance,
To let our friendship grow,
Just to look into the fallen angels eyes,
Only to let me peer through,
Look deeply into your soul,
It's such a beautiful essence,
And since,
You have accepted,
My glass heart,
Please don't make me,
Fill it with anymore tear then this one,
Why can't I simply,
Be given a shot,
Why can't we just,
Drive and drive,
Let the wind play with,
Your hair,
Can't I just have one day,
Just one dance,
Why can't,
I just,
Ask you to Homecoming,
Can't you just accept my never given offer,
And go to Homecoming with me,
But you have probably,
Already got a date,
Why wouldn't you?
How couldn't you?
How many guys,
Would give up this chance,
To ask such a beautiful person,
To just one dance.
