Sometimes I think my love's not enough-
I think of how full your existence makes my
heart,
And I wonder how to fill yours so richly.
I feel a dam about to burst-
A river just below flood, straining against its
banks.
The moon eclipsing the sun, with that
awesome power warming my back.
Sometimes I think my love's not enough-
If I were to paint a picture in your beauty,
Would my palate carry enough colour?
I feel a bough full of fruit-
Bending to the ground, soon to break.
A cloud impregnated, waiting to cry a torrent.
Sometimes I think my love's not enough-
Then I feel your kiss-
And know that my heart - so full - has touched
your soul.

I know how you feel! I'm very insecure and always doubting that my love is enough and wondering if he feels as much for me as I do for him. This is a wonderful poem! I think a lot of people could relate to it.

This is so beautiful adam
I probably have a bad issue with
this because i dont ever feel that
my love is good enough for anyone
so it's a big huge issue with me
This brought a tear to my eye
Thanks for sharing this one
