Smiling at me
So warm
Loving caring
I know what your thoughts are
I know what you want to say
I know that without you
My life wouldn’t be complete
I know every day if I don’t get to see you
It feels like a person
Ripping my heart out
Waving it around
Like something they can sell
But then I see your smile
Your eyes
Then I see
You

Great poem! I think that looking into the eyes of a person is like looking into their thoughts- like you said, through the eyes of someone you love you can see their soul. Beautiful poem, best wishes with you and your bf.
