White is the child
the day he is born.
Yellow’s the sun
that shines every morn.
Blue is the ocean,
the sky and the world.
Green is the tree-tops,
with flowers unfurled.
Purple’s the blood
that flows through his veins.
Orange, his mother,
he loves all the same.
Red is the anger
which he doesn’t know.
Brown is the soil.
Grey is the snow.
Pink is a problem
that’s on the outside.
Black is just Pink
when it wants to hide.
White sees the Yellow,
up high in the Blue,
for the first time ever,
not sure what to do,
so He looks at Orange
and giggles with glee
and Orange looks back
and then points to Green.
And sanguine is Purple
with Blue as his fellow,
and Grey and Brown dance
right there under Yellow.
But when Brown leaves,
Grey turns to Blue,
and then feels Red from
what Yellow can do.
And far too much Blue
makes Orange turn Red
‘cuz Purple is purple,
and White now is dead.
White fell on Brown
and hit his poor head,
and Purple and Brown
and Green met with Black,
and Orange is screaming
“Give my White back.”
And Yellow is there
with Blue and with Green,
But as for that Pink,
He’s never been seen.

Hmmm, this has me thinking Butterat Zool, and for quite a while from now I can see!
This is a colourful world we live in, and you have created a very impressively colourful write here, which I enjoyed lots. Thankyou!
With love
