Grandma's should,
Sit on the porch.
And watch the children play.
Grandma's should,
Nod or approve,
As we make our way.
Grandma's should,
Supply a hug,
With our trial and errors.
Grandma's should,
Whip up a pie.
That's more than,
Just fair.
All theses things,
Listed above.
Is what one should do.
We know it has to be so,
For all theses things are you.
