If I could say hair,
Don't turn gray today.

If I could ears,
Don't strain to hear.

If I could say eyes,
Let me see the sun rise.

If I could say lips,
Let me take one more sip........
And not quiver, nor drip.

If I coud say back,
Today you won't crack.

If I could say knees,
Be steady please.

If I could say feet,
Be swift I pray...........
There's so much I'd like to do today,
Then I would be young again.

Young at Heart!
