I’ve written you a letter, its’ sitting on my bed,
I couldn’t bare to hear your voice, so I wrote mine instead.
This is to let you know how I really feel,
That I was the one who got the wrong end of the deal.
Now I just have to get the courage to send it to you.
For the state of my happiness has been long overdue.
So I put the letter in an envelope and write your name.
I’m hoping that when I send it, it will take some of my pain.
A week has passed and I see the letter, it’s still there.
I’m going to send it I tell myself, this I swear.
So without another thought I picked it up and it got sent.
In that letter was my heart and soul and what our friendship meant.
I do not know if I will ever hear from you again,
But I don’t really know if I want to.
I hope you are proud of what you stole,
You took the biggest part of me…my soul.

so very deep and powerful Em. too often the ppl we trust are the ones that steal our innocence, our souls. We can only hope that our hearts will heal soon.

| I wrote a letter to the guy who screwed my life up. When I sent it he told me he just threw it out and didn't bother reading it, that showed me that I really meant nothing to him. Anyway another great write |
