I sit rocking in an empty closet,
Softly pounding on the carpet with tight fists,
Goddess it hurts,
My hips feel the fire burning between them,
I don't understand,
How could the most useless part of my body,
Ache so??
As I rock I can feel the cancer,
Speading its poisen to the rest of my body,
Killing me slowly, painfully,
My mind knows nothing but the pain,
I can only hope my end will come more swiftly along.
The rocking applies pressure to my disease ridden hips,
Allowing me split seconds,
I can thing of something other than the pain,
I take full advantage,
Reaching for the Hibben I have dedicated for this purpose,
But the pain sears through me,
I resume my rocking once more.
I sit rocking in an empty closet,
Softly pounding on the carpet with tight fists.

GOD LOVES YOU,when I was younger i thought about death alot and i was scared.then i met jesus and now i have peace.....when you get jesus in your heart he brings peace and joy thru all kinds of trials..take the time to put your mind on him..look to him..seeek him...he is a healer as well......nothing he cant do..all things are possible...he said if we have faith the size of a mustard seed and a mustard seed is the tinest seed then we can move mountains...he already gave us a measure of faith...by HIS STRIPES WE ARE HEALED..HE BORE YOUR DISEASE ALREADY ON THE CROSS YOUR ALREADY HEALED......YOU JUST HAVE TO ACCEPT IT...LETS SAY YOU DONT GET HEALED...THEN GET READY TO MEET HIM...ASK HIM IN YOUR HEART AND OPEN YOU EYES AND EARS TO WHAT HE HAS TO SAY TO YOU....AND BE READY FOR THAT DAY....WE ALL ARENT PROMISED TOMORROW...ONLY WE CAN LIVE DAY BY DAY BUT HE WILL BE WITH US IN THE NIGHT AND IN THE DAY...ONLY IF WE LET HIM ONLY IF WE CARE.ONLY IF WE LET HIM BE THERE.... |

Oh truly sad Kalika, I know that saying you will get over it won't mean a thing but I just hope that you will fill up all your days with meaningfulness and stay strong. Take care.
Love Emma. |

this is a beautiful and heart wrenching piece...but it is born of such pain that i feel akward to compliment you for what you must suffer. i hope you will get stronger each day, both physically and spiritually. and thank you for sharing what has obviously caused you such pain, it is insightful and reminds me that i shouldn't take forgranted what is really a gift each day. m |
